Bring your gently used children's items to hand on to a new home - but note that you don't have to bring something
to take something!
Our teachers have been busy planning a fun-filled day with activities in the gym, crafts and games with teachers in classrooms, a bake sale, and two science shows in the auditorium with MAD Science NYC while the swap and bake sale take place in the cafeteria.This is a FREE event and all bake sale proceeds will go to a fund for the Spruce Shares closet
(a fantastic SLT initiative, if you're not already aware of it...)

And we'll need your help!
- Please bring in laundered gently-used or nearly-new children’s clothing, books, toys and games from Monday April 16 - Friday April 20 to the designated boxes in the lobby. Share items that you would hand down to your friends and family. Please, no stuffed animals.
- We also need recycled items for the arts and craft stations:
- plastic bottle caps;
- child appropriate magazines;
- light weight boxes
- washed out milk / tetra cartons
- broken down heavyweight cardboard boxes;
- paper towel rolls;
- art supplies (ribbons, sequins, markers, etc.);
- Shopping bags.
- Designated bins are already in the lobby for these items.
- Shop from our Amazon wishlist.
- Sign up to volunteer before or on the day, or here if you'd like to contribute a baked treat.
